    江西省多举措抓好食品药品日常监管工作
      
        江西省食品药品监督管理局在日常监管中大胆探索创新,不断完善和丰富监管手段,切实抓好日常监管工作,全力保障群众饮食用药安全。

        一是行政审批严字当头、优处发力。着重优化政务服务环境,在偏远地区设立行政审批巡回服务站,每月组织审批人员到站受理申报材料,送达许可批件,现场为企业答疑解惑,已先后20次到站受理申请154件,送达许可证38个。

        二是信用监管扩大影响、增强威慑。在全国率先探索推行食品药品“黑名单”制度,已先后分5批曝光食品药品企业“黑名单”98家,这些企业及责任人员,有的被吊销或收回证照、有的被责令停产停业、有的在十年内禁止生产经营、有的被追究刑事责任。
